Executive Pastor - First Baptist Church College Station

 

 

First Baptist Church of College Station is seeking an Executive Pastor.

The Executive Pastor oversees business operations as well as provides oversight for the discipleship ministries of the church. Applicant will provide supervision for the building superintendent, financial administrator, and age-graded ministries. Additionally, this person will be responsible for human resources, building operations, public relations and discipleship. Applicant needs to be highly relational, task-oriented, able to work independently, be a team player, and be a strategic thinker. Salary for this position is between $65k-80k based upon qualifications. Benefits include health insurance, retirement contribution, paid holidays, and PTO.

Required qualifications include a Masters degree in Business Administration/related field or ministry field, or equivalent work experience; minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar position; and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
