In the faithful pursuit of this mission, we are seeking a Pastoral Assistant of Discipleship. This role will assist the Pastor in the Parish’s mission of evangelization and the formation of missionary disciples by supporting and equipping parish leaders and parishioners. This person must have a strong desire and capacity to meet people and to accompany them to greater levels of holiness. Through study, prayer, and mentoring, the Pastoral Assistant of Discipleship will help bring the laity to the fullness of a lived faith.
This is a ministerial position: as such, the candidate must be a practicing Catholic in full communion with the Church. While you will report directly to the pastor, this position is a leadership position. You will be expected to be a self-starter and to remain motivated to bring tasks to completion.
