Associated with the local Hospital District, this Highly Awarded Skilled Nursing/Long Term Care facility provides a home-like environment for their patients. Their services range from Long-Term Care to Short Term Rehabilitation. The Nurse Director Skilled Nursing will be an essential part of helping to continue to provide a personalized plan of care for each of the residents which includes specialized nursing and rehabilitation services.
Working with the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse Director Skilled Nursing will oversee a group of registered nurses, nursing assistants, therapists, social workers, and chaplains. They will also work closely with the Hospital leadership and clinical staff members to ensure all residents medical plans of care are met with the highest of standards and quality.
The Nurse Director Skilled Nursing will have experience as a Director of a Long Term Care or Skilled Nursing facility. California experience will get an instant interview! They will be responsible for developing policies and procedures, managing budgets, ensuring staffing of the facility and hiring as needed to fill needs, and continuing the patient-centered care that sets the facility apart as a leader in the area for Long Term Care.
