Pastoral Care Director - Nursing Home may perform duties of chaplain, which includes counseling and visiting, for a nursing home. Develops and provides services designed to meet the religious and/or spiritual needs of patients and their families and nursing home employees. Being a Pastoral Care Director - Nursing Home may require a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. To be a Pastoral Care Director - Nursing Home typically requires 7+ years of related experience. A specialist on complex technical and business matters. Work is highly independent.
