    The Nursing Home Administrator is responsible for the day to day operations to include Operations, Clinical, HR functions, Training and Regulatory requirements, to name a few key areas. The candidate MUST HAVE A NURSING HOME LICENSE active in Nebraska. The best candidate will have a proven track record in leading change and adjustments of a facility under the current operating environgment of state and federal requirements.

    The candidate MUST have:

    Nursing Home License that is active for NE

    Bachelors degree or higher

    3 - 8 years experience as a nursing home administrator

    The best qualified candidate will have a proven track record in operating a nursing home in a COVID environment with a strong understanding of the regulatory compliance to include an ability to build relationships to both internal and external


    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • Must be able to move intermittently throughout the day, proper body mechanics required—bending, stooping, turning, stretching, reaching above the shoulders are involved
    • Must be able to cope with the mental, emotional, and physical stress of the position.
    • Must be able to observe, listen and communicate effectively
    • Must function independently, have flexibility, personal integrity, and the ability to work effectively with residents, personnel, support agencies, and outside agencies
    • Must be able to relate to and work with the ill, disabled, elderly, emotionally upset, and at times hostile people within the facility
