We are looking for a Director of Nursing (DON) for the Bethel Nursing Home. The Director of Nursing (DON) must be able to effectively manage multiple tasks for our 43 bed SNF. The Director of Nursing is responsible for oversight of the daily clinical and administrative operations of the nursing department. Assure that each resident receives the highest quality of care so that they will achieve the maximum level of function in accordance with their comprehensive plan of care. Assure the general well-being of residents through the delivery of high quality care and services. Oversee the management of the department’s day-to-day operations. .
