We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will play a vital role in providing essential care and support to patients in their homes. Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as necessary
- Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
- Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
- Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and tidying up patient's living space
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care for patients
- Provide care for patients with various conditions, including those with developmental disabilities, hospice care needs, or residing in assisted living facilities

Experience:
- Previous experience in home care or a related healthcare setting is preferred but not required
- Familiarity with patient care techniques and protocols
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic understanding of medical conditions
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA guidelines
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Compassionate nature and ability to provide emotional support to patients

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $17.75 - $22.00 per hour
