PREREQUISITES

General:

• Must be age18 or older.
• Must qualify for a Tribal Non gaming license.

Education:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be able to communicate in the primary language of the workplace.

Experience:

• Minimum of one year food service, pastry preparation preferred.

Physical:

• Must be able to stand and exert well paced mobility for periods up to four (4) hours in length.
• Must have the ability to lift pots, pans, and other items up to 50 pounds in weight.
• Requires normal vision, including color acuity and depth perception, reaching, bending, stooping, grasping, finger dexterity, and hand/eye coordination.
• Must be able to perform safely and effectively in conditions of wet floors and temperature extremes.
