Being a Pastry Chef - Casino requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to an executive pastry chef. The Pastry Chef - Casino works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. -Experience in high end, ' la carte pastries and petite fours.
-Available to work flexible schedules that include weekends, evenings and holidays

-Ordering, Inventory, Management
-Strong work ethic

-Savory cross over and experience a major plus
