- Prepare a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, and baked goods according to recipes and standards
- Decorate pastries and desserts with precision and attention to detail
- Ensure the quality and presentation of all pastry items
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient operations
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience as a Pastry Cook or in a similar role preferred
- Knowledge of pastry techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and creativity in pastry design
- Excellent time management skills
Note: Experience in catering or restaurant settings is a plus.
