Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Pastry Cook to join our team. As a Pastry Cook, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of delicious pastries and desserts. Your creativity and attention to detail will contribute to the overall success of our pastry department.

Duties:
- Prepare and bake a wide range of pastries, including cakes, cookies, pies, and breads
- Decorate pastries using various techniques, such as piping, glazing, and icing
- Follow recipes and ensure consistent quality and taste of all pastries
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of pastry supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, following food safety and sanitation guidelines
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations in the kitchen

Skills:
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Proficient in baking techniques and pastry decoration
- Experience in a restaurant or food production environment preferred
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication skills

Expected hours: 37 – 40 per week
