Position Summary:
Directly responsible for building customer loyalty through a one-on-one consultive selling approach. Builds customer trust by becoming a true business partner and by adding value and support in their operations. Regularly performs menu reviews and redesign, recipe creation, concept creation, and culinary presentations. Frequently will conduct customer staff trainings on operational procedures, cooking skills, food production and presentation. Will often be responsible for onsite catering events for both internal and external customer feeding. Operation and oversight of both internal test kitchen and mobile test kitchen. These tasks are performed while contributing to purchasing initiatives through cuttings and R&D, marketing collaterals and promotion launches, trade shows, food shows, and internal training initiatives. Be a true team member within the department and, as required, perform any duty assigned in a manner that best supports the company and its mission.
Position Responsibility:-
Serves as business consultant for customers in order to build customer loyalty and promote sales growth.

Provide informative and professional assistance when working with the public, our customers, coworkers, and vendors.

Interact with customers, vendor partners, and fellow associates in a friendly, professional, timely, and quality manner. Ensure customer, vendor and associates questions are answered in an accurate and timely manner.

Mentor, lead, train and teach food service concepts to others both internally and externally.
- Write training materials and conduct training for customers on a multitude of foodservice topics.

Evaluate the following customer pain points as requested: food and labor cost, menu management, customer service, retail operations, facility operations and sanitation.

Review and design customer menus, create new recipe ideations, present, cook, and provide tastings for customer events and special events as requested.

Plan and conduct customer visits either in test kitchen (HAT Tour), Chef onsite (COS) presentations at customer locations, and Mobile Test kitchen (PRU) presentations.

Conduct product cuttings to support procurement initiatives, QA concerns, and customer conversion opportunities.

Maintain all foodservice areas including test kitchen, storage rooms, mobile test kitchen, and training rooms at all times ensuring they are prepared for guests at anytime. Special care given to organization, cleanliness, sanitation, and professional appearance.

Manage inventory of all applicable areas.
Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED
4-6 years of Hospitality Experience, Culinary Arts, Hotel, Resort, Catering and Events
Must be able to attain DOT Medical Card for operation of Mobile Test Kitchen
Preferred Qualifications
ACF Certification
Bachelor's in Culinary Arts, Hotel/Restaurant Management, or related areas
Culinary Arts and or Hospitality Teaching Experience
Ability to work with Microsoft Office Excel, Word, and Power Point
