We offer an individually tailored compensation structure with no minimum billable requirement. For the right candidate, this could be a fully remote full or part time position depending on experience and initial team integration.

What you will be doing :

You will have primary responsibility for many hi-tech clients and work under the guidance of our IP partners on patent prosecution.

The ideal candidate is an ambitious self-starter with strong writing and legal analysis skills, who enjoys practicing law in a dynamic environment and working on cutting edge technical and legal issues.

Requirements

at least 3 years of patent prosecution experience with Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering degree

Registered to practice before the United States Patent Office

Located in California or licensed to practice law in California

Excellent communication skills, both oral and written

Excellent leadership skills

Strong work ethic

Creative, curious, and interested in learning new things

Desire in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters

Strong team player
