What you will be doing :
You will have primary responsibility for many hi-tech clients and work under the guidance of our IP partners on patent prosecution.

Requirements
at least 3 years of patent prosecution experience with Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering degree
Registered to practice before the United States Patent Office
Located in California or licensed to practice law in California
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
Excellent leadership skills
Strong work ethic
Creative, curious, and interested in learning new things
Desire in taking on increased levels of responsibility for client matters
