We are seeking a motivated and experienced Insurance Agent to join our team. As an Insurance Agent, you will be responsible for selling various insurance policies to new and existing clients. Duties:
- Market and sell insurance policies to individuals and businesses
- Analyze clients' current insurance policies and assess their coverage needs
- Provide personalized insurance advice and recommendations to clients
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Process insurance policy applications and handle policy renewals
- Communicate with underwriters to negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing on behalf of clients
- Assist clients in filing insurance claims and provide support throughout the claims process
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, changes in insurance regulations, and new product offerings
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales administration or outside sales, preferably in the insurance industry
- Entrepreneur like skills!
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close sales deals effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze clients' needs and recommend appropriate insurance coverage options
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Proficiency in Spanish is a plus but not required
