Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: meeting with potential clients, drafting EEOC charges and rebuttals to position statements; settlement negotiations; litigating lawsuits by drafting complaints, drafting and responding to discovery, and handling depositions and mediations; electronically filing documents with the court system; supporting the other attorneys with their cases; screening prospective clients; and general office administration tasks. A successful candidate will be highly motivated, personable, highly organized and have strengths in communication skills and time management.
