Additionally, Patent Attorney requires admittance to a state bar. Typically reports to a manager or head of a unit/department. The Patent Attorney work is closely managed. What are the mandatories?
· Must have 1 to 5 years’ experience practicing law (preferably family law). Recent graduates strongly encouraged to apply.
· Ability to work both in person and remotely (after 90 day probation period and full assessment)
· Ability to handle cases from initial consultation through conclusion.

Compensation: Details will be addressed during the interview process, with a starting salary provided during training. Additionally, a progressive payout structure will be implemented, rewarding independence with a 1/3 payout program upon successfully managing individual cases.
