Law firm and or in-house counsel experience required. Experience in construction is strongly preferred but not required. Experience in commercial litigation and trial practice strongly preferred and experience in commercial transactions and business law strongly preferred but not required. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
