Seeking a Michigan barred Attorney to handle general business litigation and collection matters in court for our regional recreational equipment (Off Highway Vehicle) rental company located near the beautiful Silver Lake Dunes State Park.
Work will consist of pursuing various legal matters including but not limited to collection for damaged equipment. Consultations on various legal matters, authoring, and proofreading of contracts, assist with maintaining compliance to various regulatory agencies.
