Job Summary:

This position manages and provides regular administrative support to Resource Development and Club Operations

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Performs regular administrative duties as assigned.
• Acts as an information liaison between the Club and Administrative Office
• Maintains donor correspondence and paperwork including but not limited to entering donor information into databases, invoicing and posting payments, ensuring stewardship letters reach donors, and creating donor reports.
• Manages travel arrangements for club staff as needed.
• Supports and communicates with Board Members regarding events.
• Prepares and shares Board packets for unit board meetings.
• Takes, transcribes, and maintains Board and Committee meeting minutes.
• Facilitates purchase orders between club staff, Area Director, and finance department.
• Manages the receipt, pick up, and distribution of mail.
• Deposits all incoming cash, including member dues, donations, and petty cash, into the bank.
• Assists in special events, including setup, teardown, event operations, post-event reconciliation, and other tasks as needed.
• Performs other duties as required.

Required Qualifications:

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Minimum of two years administrative work, secretarial duties, or data entry experience
• Basic understanding of bookkeeping principles is necessary.
• Excellent attention to detail is essential.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, coupled with excellent organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required.
• Capable of managing multiple tasks with deadlines effectively.
• Position may require standing/sitting for extended periods of time, reaching overhead, above the shoulders and horizontally, bending at the waist, and ability to lift, carry, pull or otherwise move objects up to 20lbs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
