Under the supervision of the VP/Chief Financial Officer, the Business Office Director oversees the activities of Billing, Collection, Managed Care Contracting and Contract Administration OakBend Medical Center. Functions as a resource person for supervisory staff members and assists in necessary education of individual supervisory members of Business Office Staff.
MINIMUM EDUCATION:
Bachelors degree preferred.
MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE:
Five years of business experience. Minimum of five years experience in hospital business office.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:
Knowledge and expertise in hospital managed-care contracting, billing and collection for services provided.
