Patient Accounts Director oversees all functions of the inpatient and/or outpatient accounting office. Directs a staff of credit, collection, insurance, and billing personnel. Being a Patient Accounts Director ensures billing deadlines are met. May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty. Additionally, Patient Accounts Director typically reports to top management. The Patient Accounts Director typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. We are a very established, stable company that cares about it's employees. Our offices are overlooking Muskegon Lake, and the office is home to a maximum of 6 employees. We are a conscientious and hard working group that are very involved in our multipe companies and endeavors.
We are in need of an accounts payable person that has experience with Quickbooks. This person will interface with many other people in the company. Must be comfortable on the phone, with office equipment, and Microsoft Office programs.
There will be other general office tasks required. Must be extremely detail oriented and willing to take direction. General ledger and payroll experience are a plus but not required.
