Schmidt Family Restaurant Group is a Growing Multi-concept Franchisee operating in Ohio, West Virginia and Kentucky and North Carolina. We currently have 76 Wendy’s and 5 Buffalo Wild Wings, our Administrative Offices are located at 1735 Waller Street, Portsmouth, Ohio.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Accounts Payable Assistant supports the Accounting department by performing tasks including accounts payable, processing and recording transactions, preparing reports, fielding communications with clients and vendors, fact checking, filing, and other duties as needed.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: (OTHER DUTIES MAY BE ASSIGNED AS NEEDED)

• Maintain and distribute multiple Excel reports by obtaining information from sources such as: restaurant software systems, restaurant paperwork, Excel reports, and various other sources.
• Accounts Payable duties include receiving and processing invoices, checking data for accuracy, reviewing vendor statements, printing checks, processing EFT’s, and processing credit card payments.
• Checks and verifies the accuracy of credit card and cash deposits.
• Other duties and projects as assigned.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 35 per week
