This position is accountable for processing invoices, preparing payment to suppliers. Maintain files of Accounts Payable records and documents.

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS:
Thorough knowledge in accounting concepts and bookkeeping and also have basic math skills.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to apply common sense understanding to direct or carry out furnished in written or oral or diagram instructions. Ability to interpret instructions and guidelines set by the hotel’s policy and procedures.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must be capable of sitting and working on a computer for extended periods of time. Able to walk throughout the hotel, distributing, or picking up supplies, and/or paperwork, quite a few times daily, also, one must be able to drive outside of hotel premises and deliver various materials.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
Work conditions are mainly to work in a fast paced office, it tends to get busy as occupancy grows, or as seasons change. There is quite a bit of noise from all the surroundings, such as trucks loading, and unloading, and kitchen staff calling orders.
