Fast paced multi-physician eye care practice in Pinehurst/Southern Pines NC seeks experienced Patient Accounts Representative for Retina AR. File insurance claims and assist patients or insurance companies with insurance inquiries and process accordingly. Analyze and process required documentation to resolve each encounter which may include claim resubmission, letters, and telephone contact. Require High School diploma or equivalent. Minimum requirement 3 years of related experience. Prefer Associates Degree in related field (business, medical office). Must be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office applications.
