Reviews claims to make sure that payer specific billing requirements are met, follows-up on billing, determines and applies appropriate adjustments, answers inquiries, and updates accounts as necessary. Being a Patient Accounts Representative requires a high school diploma or equivalent. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. We are looking to recruit highly motivated patient representatives. This position would work in both of our primary facilities in Eugene and Springfield and may be required to day travel to our offices in Newport, Florence, Roseburg and North Bend.
This position requires an individual who is able to perform in a fast paced clinical environment and whose primary focus is to provide excellent patient care.
