    The Role

    Trane Key Accounts is hiring a Systems Associate to join our organization. The Systems Associate will be responsible for analyzing and improving the various systems and processes within our organization. Their primary goal is to identify areas for improvement, streamline operations, and ensure maximum efficiency throughout the organization.

    This position is remote.

     

    Responsibilities:

    • Evaluate existing systems and processes to identify areas for improvement
    • Analyzing data and metrics to identify bottlenecks or inefficiencies in workflows
    • Collaborating with relevant stakeholders to gather feedback and understand pain points in current systems and processes
    • Conducting process audits to ensure internal compliance
    • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of implemented changes and making necessary adjustments
    • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
    • Act as a point of contact for process and system-related inquiries or issues.
    • Define project scope, develop project plans, and coordinate resources to ensure successful project delivery

     Qualifications:

    • Ability to understand customer (internal and external) needs, solve problems, and respond in an efficient manner
    • Strong analytical skills, be detail-oriented, and possess excellent problem-solving abilities
    • Strong organizational, time management, and multi-tasking skills.
    • A strong knowledge and comfort level with computers, Trane systems and proficiency in tools and software used for process mapping, data analysis
    • strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively work with various stakeholders
    • Trane HVAC experience preferred 
    • Associates or Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.  

     

    Annual Salary Range - $82,550 - $109,950

     

    Disclaimer: This base pay range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed. Total compensation for this role will include a commission/incentive plan.
