We are immediately recruiting for an AR Manager in Abbeville, AL. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the accounts receivable department and ensuring efficient management of all accounts receivable functions.

Duties:

• Manage and oversee the accounts receivable team
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure timely and accurate billing
• Monitor customer account details for non-payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities
• Conduct credit checks on new customers
• Perform credit analysis and review credit limits
• Analyze delinquent accounts and prepare reports on high-risk accounts
• Reconcile accounts receivable ledger to ensure accuracy

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office with an emphasis in Excel.
• 2 years of leadership experience
• Bachelor's Degree in a related field and/or 4 years of accounts receivables related experience
