PRIMARY PURPOSE
The Accounts Payable Specialist supports the Accounting Supervisor with all accounting functions, procedures, and audits. This person assists with bookkeeping functions, such as preparing invoices, data entry, accounts payable process, reconciling accounts, preparing reports, cash management, and other clerical activities.
