In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of accounts payable functions within our organization. What You'll Do:- Supervises cash flow reports and ensures timely, accurate payments.
- Develops invoicing guidelines to maintain general ledger expense accounts and inventory records.
- Analyzes expense reports and invoices for payment accuracy and eligibility.
- Verifies payments through checks and vouchers before obtaining controllers' signatures.
- Reconciles accounts payable with general ledger and subsidiary vendor ledgers.
- Maintains records for tax preparation and audits of purchases.
- Collects vendor identification numbers for 1099 preparation by the payables clerk.
- Manages record maintenance, filing, and storage, especially for audit purposes.
- Conducts interviews to select qualified candidates based on job-specific skills and knowledge.
- Provides training and oversight for employees in billing functions.
- Directs tasks and offers support as necessary.
- Assists in conducting performance evaluations.

What We Need from You:- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Business Administration, accompanied by three to four years of accounting experience, with a minimum of two years in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Strong proficiency in verbal and written communication.
- Proficiency in accounting software, with experience in Epicor or Oracle considered a valuable asset. Additionally, familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite or related software is essential.
- A comprehensive grasp of accounts payable functions.
- Demonstrates excellent supervisory and analytical skills.
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Possesses the ability to motivate and lead a team effectively.
