Responsibilities

• Accurately schedules, gathers insurance information and pre-registers patients into the necessary systems and gives direction on technical preps. Communicates verbal and written orders in accordance with policies and procedures.

• Maintains and reviews accurate schedules for six locations while maximizing time and equipment for the region. Keeps hold times to the corporate standard.

• Takes ownership of assignments; other duties as assigned or requested.

• Communicates and listens effectively with internal and external customers; effectively understands instructions and shares knowledge.

• Cooperates and interacts with supervisors, peers, other departments, and all customer groups demonstrating our commitment to “service”.

Qualifications

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Medical Terminology Courses
• One (1) year related experience
• Scheduling Knowledge

• Registration and Insurance Knowledge
