Ken Ganley Hyundai and Genesis of Parma is looking for enthusiastic full-time customer service associate for service cashier and appointment scheduler.

We are looking to add to our team due to our growing service department needs. Experience a plus, but we are willing to train the right applicant.

This position which will be responsible for handling customer transactions through calculating bills and processing payments, answering service department phone calls to assist customers and make service appointments. The ideal candidate must be accurate, customer-focused, and able to handle customer issues effectively.

Job Responsibilities:

• Receive cash, checks, and credit card payments from service and parts guests and records the amounts received.
• Records monies received on daily settlement sheets and verify against cash on hand.
• Verifies accuracy of the guest's bill using the dealership's computer system and closing paid tickets.
• Answer Service Department phone calls, assist where possible or refer call to service advisor
• Schedule service appointments
• Stocks in new and Used vehicles
• Service and parts Invoice scanning
• Ability to handle multiple tasks at once

Who should apply? Motivated and skilled candidates with experience or entry level. High school diploma or equivalent is required.

Applicants must be 18 years or older and be authorized to work in the U.S. Applicants are also required to have a valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.

Other requirements include completing and passing both a background and drug test as a condition of employment.
