General Job Duties:
Responsible for making and scheduling patient appointments in an efficient and timely manner. Must convey a positive image of clinic.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
1 Schedules, coordinates, and reschedules patient's appointments.
2. Greets and registers patients in a timely, pleasant, and helpful manner.
3. Verifies necessary information.
4. Maintains and updates current information on physician's schedules ensuring that patients are
scheduled properly and appointments are confirmed.
5. Answers telephone, screens calls, takes messages, and answers questions.
6. Mail necessary paperwork to patients.
7. Enter Insurance information from patients.
8. Enter patient on the patient portal
9. Attends meetings as required.
10. Must handle patient information in a confidential manner.
11. All other duties as assigned
