Role Description
The Patient Care Coordinator (PCC) will ensure consistent care for our pediatric clients. Reporting directly to the Office Manager, the (PCC) will play an integral, front-facing role with caregivers and children and will interact with administration, rehab aides and clinicians.
The Patient Care Coordinator role will primarily focus on scheduling and will also be cross trained to assist the office manager in new client orientation, office management, staff team building implementation and community outreach and marketing, etc.
Essential attributes: enthusiasm, knowledge about the KidSHINE mission, friendly and outgoing, professional demeanor, detail and action oriented, marketing experience, organized. The ideal candidate will be flexible and adaptable to changes and has excellent communication skills. This is a full-time, in-office role.
