We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized Technician Scheduler to join our team. Responsibilities:



• Job Scheduling: Efficiently schedule technician appointments for various jobs, ensuring timely completion and customer satisfaction.
• Customer Communication: Maintain positive communication with customers to confirm appointments, address any concerns, and ensure satisfaction with scheduling arrangements.
• Coordination: Coordinate with technicians to assign and schedule jobs based on availability, location, and job requirements.
• Calendar Management: Manage and update the technician scheduling calendar to ensure accuracy and minimize scheduling conflicts.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of scheduled appointments, job details, and customer preferences.
• Problem Resolution: Address any scheduling conflicts or issues promptly and effectively to ensure smooth job execution.
• Relationship Building: Build and maintain positive relationships with existing customers to promote repeat business and customer loyalty.
• Hours: 9am-6pm



Qualifications:



• Prior experience in scheduling or dispatching roles preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications and scheduling software.
