Patient Schedulers perform a variety of clerical duties involved in scheduling appointments, exams, and procedures; processing forms and data; and providing information to assist patients in obtaining hospital and clinic services. Duties focus on clerical processes and customer service, and involve responding to inquiries, maintaining documents, files, films, and data base records; reception, scheduling patient appointments; and other clerical functions.

Required Qualifications:
H.S. Diploma or GED.
1 year - Health-care related clerical experience/education.
