We are seeking a self-starting, friendly individual to join our practice as a Communication Specialist.
This role is vital in helping to create a positive experience for our patients.
You must be able to acknowledge patients in a warm, courteous manner while answering a high volume of calls. As part of our administrative team, you will assist patients in making, changing, and canceling appointments, ensuring patients have access to the services they need.
