Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
- Schedule appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
- Enter and update customer information in the database
- Make outbound calls to confirm appointments or follow up with customers
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

Experience:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail
- Sales experience is a bonus

Please note that this is not a remote position. The successful candidate must be able to work on-site at our location.
