Specialty dental office is seeking an experienced care coordinator to join our team of professionals. The person we are seeking is a great communicator, has a welcoming personality, and has excellent computer skills.

Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients in a friendly manner.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Maintain patient electronic health records neatly and accurately.
• Various office duties as assigned by the Office Manager.
• Responding to patient billing or financial inquiries, directing to appropriate departments, as necessary.
• Collect and post payments and record receipts.

Minimum Education and Experience :

• Candidates will have a minimum of two years of experience in a healthcare office or fast-paced, highly interactive customer service environment - experience in the dental or medical industry with scheduling and verifying insurances preferred.
• Excellent organizational skills to effectively handle multiple tasks.
• Flexibility to support change, with varying schedules as necessary. demonstrate stable employment history.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $19.40 per hour
