Twin Rivers Urgent Care is looking for an energetic and motivated team member who enjoys the various challenges and opportunities found in a busy medical clinic. As an Admissions and Patient Coordinator, you would work to provide exceptional customer service for our patients, vendors and co-workers. Specific duties include but are not limited to: welcoming patients to our facility both in person and virtually, gathering demographic, insurance, and contact information, answering phones, scanning records, receiving customer payments, and assisting with referrals and pre-authorizations.
Prior office experience desired, experience in a medical office setting a plus.
