Dermatology and Allergy Specialists of Olympia is seeking a full-time front desk member to join
our team. We are an expanding dermatology office under new leadership in the local Olympia
area. If you are someone who has strong customer service skills and you possess exceptional

This position offers many opportunities and a variety of daily tasks. In this position you will be
expected to greet patients upon arrival at our customer service desk, assist in appointment
scheduling, answering phone calls, working on referrals, scanning documents daily, verifying
insurances and supporting your team. Our phone system is very busy and will require someone
that pays great attention to detail. Additionally, a successful candidate will possess the ability to
multi-task, be detail oriented and work as a team member. Our fast-paced practice environment

QUALIFICATIONS

EXPERIENCE
• Minimum 2 years of recent experience working in a medical practice is preferred or

and email programs are preferred.
Equipment Operated: Standard office equipment.
Physical Requirements: Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds of supplies and sit for long stretches
of time

PAY: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour, DOE.
BUSINESS HOURS: Monday - Friday
M-W: 6:30 - 4:30
Thursday: 7:30 - 4:30
Friday: 7:00 - 4:00
