Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Patient Coordinator. As a Patient Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in providing administrative support and ensuring a smooth patient experience in our medical office. This is a part-time and hourly commission position.

Duties:

• Greet and check-in patients upon arrival, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed
• Upselling patients via text, phone calls and in-person
• Build and maintain strong patient relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Meet or exceed set sales targets while providing exceptional customer service
• Manage monthly promos and eblasts and patient newsletters
• Collaborate with team to ensure patient safety and satisfaction
• Maintain detailed records of patient consultations, purchases, and follow-up appointments
• Handle customer feedback, manage complaints promptly and professionally
• Have full knowledge of glow up products/services and have the ability to answer patient questions
• Conduct patient consultations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience working in an Aesthetic practice (Medical Spa, Plastic surgeon, Dermatology)
• Documented sales abilities, ability to meet/exceed sales goals
• Excellent customer service, follow through and follow-up SKILLS
• Possess excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful conditions
• Ability to learn products and services quickly
• Excellent phone skills
• Ability to deal with difficult/unhappy patients
• Ability to prioritize and handle a variety of tasks simultaneously
• Ability to work with frequent interruptions
• Possess a friendly, can-do attitude, team player mentality

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 30 per week
