We are a growing orthodontic practice looking for a superstar patient coordinator/front desk manager to join our team! We are looking for the right person to help us create amazing smiles and to promote our office culture and core values. We are a private practice specializing in orthodontics looking to add a team member to our family, not just an employee to punch the clock.
Your daily primary duty will be to make each patient’s visit to our office the BEST part of their day by delivering 1st class service while having fun. You must love getting to know all types of people, as the ability to communicate effectively and connect with patients and their parents is critical. You will answer phones, schedule appointments, accept payments, communicate with insurance companies and submit insurance claims.

This position is for 3-4 days per week (27-34 hours per week). Flexibility is important as we grow. We are not open on weekends, but the position may require you to occasionally help after hours and/or on weekends to participate in marketing, promotional, continuing education and team building events.
