    Overview:
    We are seeking a versatile and proactive individual to fill the role of Recruitment and Scheduling Coordinator. This position is integral to our organization, as it involves recruiting candidates, managing schedules, and conducting fingerprinting procedures. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

    Schedule: Monday- Friday 8:00am - 4:30pm

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Recruitment:
      • Utilize various sourcing methods to attract candidates, including job boards, social media, and networking.
      • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications to identify suitable candidates for various positions.
      • Coordinate interviews and assessments with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
      • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions and recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system.
    • Scheduling Management:
      • Manage schedules for interviews, meetings, and other recruitment-related activities, ensuring optimal use of time and resources.
      • Coordinate with hiring managers, candidates, and other stakeholders to schedule appointments and ensure availability.
      • Communicate schedule changes and updates promptly to all parties involved.
      • Proactively identify scheduling conflicts and propose solutions to resolve them effectively.
    • Fingerprinting Procedures:
      • Conduct fingerprinting procedures for candidates as required by regulatory standards or organizational policies.
      • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and procedures governing fingerprinting processes.
      • Maintain confidentiality and security of fingerprinting records and information.
      • Provide guidance and assistance to candidates throughout the fingerprinting process, addressing any questions or concerns.
    • Documentation and Compliance:
      • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of recruitment activities, schedules, and fingerprinting procedures.
      • Ensure compliance with all relevant employment laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
      • Prepare and distribute documentation related to recruitment and fingerprinting processes, such as offer letters, contracts, and consent forms.
      • Assist with audits and inspections related to recruitment and fingerprinting activities, providing documentation and support as needed.
    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
    • Proven experience in recruitment, scheduling management, or a related role.
    • Familiarity with recruitment techniques, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders.
    • Bilingual (optional) in English and Spanish, with the ability to effectively communicate in both written and spoken forms, Spanish preferred but not required.
    • Knowledge of fingerprinting procedures and regulations preferred, but not required.
    • Proficiency with recruitment software and tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and scheduling software.
