Under the supervision of the Clinic Manager, the Patient Account Rep is responsible for the registration process including: verifying insurance eligiblity, correct demographics in the system, verifying and correcting insurance information, collection of copayments, prior balances, and providing administrative support to the practice. Education:
Minimum of High School diploma or equivalent
Experience:
Two to three years of experience with office operations preferred.
