Position Overview

We are looking for highly organized candidate with excellent interpersonal skills for the position of live event moderator. The live event moderator is responsible for working under the instructions of a live event instructor, helping with set-up, assuming the role of checking in participants, welcoming participants, and working with staff to ensure the completion of a successful event.
Position Requirements & Major Responsibilities
This is a contract position and hours vary based on event schedule. Flexibility and willingness to work long and irregular hours and days, evenings, weekends, as needed.
· Demonstrate an understanding of the policies and regulations of the facility and enforce policies and procedures of The Oncourse Learning and the NMLS.
· Reporting and coordinating with the OCL staff.
· Greet guests and address any questions or concerns.
· Assist in the exiting of all participants after an event is over.
· Standing and walking for extended lengths of time.
· Lifting, pushing, pulling, and moving objects up to 25 lbs.
· Assisting with check-in and check-out of participants of each session.
Qualifications
· High school graduate
· 1 years' experience in a client or customer service-oriented position (desired)
· Ability to work for long, flexible hours and on weekends.
· Good time management and organizational skills.
· Ability to communicate effectively.
