Minimum Education
High school diploma or equivalent required, may be substituted year for year with directly related experience.
Required Skills
Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
Knowledge of medical terminology strongly preferred.
Basic telephone skills and etiquette.
Proficiency in keyboarding and Microsoft Office products - Word and Outlook
Strong interpersonal skills
Minimum Work Experience
Previous customer service experience is strongly preferred.
