Patient Relations Director manages the implementation of a patient experience strategy that supports the organization's mission, values, and goals. Oversees initiatives and projects to nurture and support a patient-centric culture across clinical, support, and administrative functions. Being a Patient Relations Director collects, measures, and analyzes patient. family, and staff sentiment data and feedback to identify areas for improvement. Additionally, Patient Relations Director coordinates role-based training to enhance each patient interaction. Requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to a director. The Development and Public Relations Director plans and executes fundraising activities, records donations, and secures funds through grants and sponsorship methods. Responsible for coordinating and planning public relations and community development activities. In addition, responsibilities include crafting media releases and marketing material. Position requires strong grant writing skills and the ability to establish and maintain good, cooperative relationships with the news media, consumers, local community and other public-interest groups. Additional responsibilities include maintaining website management and social media marketing. The position calls for flexibility, excellent interpersonal skills, maintaining a maximum level of confidentiality, project coordination, and the ability to work well with all levels of internal management including residents, staff and board of directors of Girls’ Haven.
Education, Licensure and/or Experience
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Public Relations or related field. Preferred: One year of grant writing and fundraising experience.

Valid driver's license.

Must successfully pass all background screens as required by the state.
Must be 21 years of age or older.
