    Clarest Health is experiencing rapid growth and is actively seeking a highly skilled and strategic Pharmacy Relations Specialist to join our dynamic team, specifically focusing on our Day of Discharge and CareFil Rx service. This pivotal role involves serving as the linchpin between our organization and patients who are navigating the complexities of post-acute care or require personalized medication management in their homes. As a Pharmacy Relations Specialist, you will spearhead the strategic direction and decision-making that underpin the success of our patient care programs. Your mission is to ensure that each patient receives the support, resources, and education needed to enhance their quality of life and, ultimately, their health outcomes.

    Essential Functions – Primary Position Responsibilities

    As a Pharmacy Relations Specialist, your responsibilities will encompass the following:

    • Strategic Patient Engagement: Act as the central point of contact for referred patients, taking the lead on follow-up, addressing inquiries about pharmacy care, and delivering comprehensive education on our services.
    • Coordination of In-Home Medication Reviews: Independently manage and schedule in-home medication reviews, considering logistical factors and ensuring optimal patient experience.
    • Data-Driven Decision-Making: Analyze result data to identify risks, opportunities, and challenges in patient care. Your role includes researching and solving complex problems while providing data-driven solutions.
    • Program Development and Growth: Demonstrate a keen awareness of industry trends, self-motivation, and technical proficiency to actively contribute to the development and expansion of our programs. You will play a critical role in identifying and implementing process improvements.
    • Strategic Initiatives: Propose and execute strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing patient engagement and conversion rates. Your ability to make impactful decisions in this area will be instrumental in our program's success.
    • Patient Needs Assessment: Anticipate, understand, and assess the diverse needs of our patients, adapting your approach to provide tailored support and resources.
    • Consultative Selling: Engage in consultative selling by expertly asking relevant questions and matching patients with the most suitable products and services to meet their unique needs.
    • Effective Communication: Receive and respond to patient inquiries via telephone and email, making decisions on whether to address questions directly or facilitate transfer to other departments.
    • Compliance and Ethical Integrity: Uphold Clarest's Code of Conduct and Compliance policies, reporting any suspected violations of federal or state laws as necessary.
    • Adaptation and Flexibility: Respond to the unique circumstances and challenges that each patient may present, making independent decisions to tailor our services effectively.

    To excel in this role, you should possess:

    • Preferred college-level education
    • 1 years of customer service experience
    • Preferred pharmacy technician certification
    • Preferred experience in a retail pharmacy setting
    • Exceptional communication skills, with a focus on telephone communication
    • Strong problem-solving abilities and goal-oriented mindset
    • Proficiency with computers and productivity software
    • Self-driven with a high-performing, results-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset

    As a Pharmacy Relations Specialist at Clarest Health, your position is defined by a substantial degree of autonomy and responsibility. You will make critical independent decisions encompassing patient care, communication strategies, data analysis, program development, and adherence to compliance. Your judgment and ability to solve complex problems will be essential to ensuring the well-being of our patients and the continued success of our programs.

    Work Environment: This role is primarily office-based.

    Physical Demands: The position entails sitting for extended periods and the use of a computer.

    Position Type/Expected Hours: This is a full-time position, traditionally consisting of a 40-hour workweek. Specific shift times will be discussed during the interview process.
