To be a Patient Relations Director typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     How You Can Impact:

    While working closely with Campus Directors, Student Services, Career Services and Clinical Relations staff in a multi-faceted, multi-location academic and administrative setting, you will be responsible for alumni outreach, the alumni portal, constituent's records, and tracking. You will assist with events and projects to address relevant issues, enhance communication between students, alumni, and administration, including forums, dinners, faculty/student discussions and special presentations. You will implement a strategic plan and maintenance of the alumni network to foster strong relationships and goodwill with alumni.

     

     

    You Will Make an Impact By:

    • Overseeing and managing the alumni association large scale events and communications for the WCU Alumni Association.
    • Work closely with the Online, Career Services, Clinical Relations, Student Services and Admissions staff to plan and assist with functions and related activities/programs that support student success of alumni outreach and programs.
    • Manage and execute large scale events including but not limited to Commencement, Alumni Awards, Virtual CEU's, Reunions and Networking events.
    • Assist in managing who is responsible for marketing, communications, and social media.
    • Help to support the Alumni Lifelong Career Investment by promoting WCU's master’s programs, providing CE credit opportunities, job leads and resume critiques.
    • Assess alumni in career progress and develop new employer resources for alumni in collaboration with Career Services.

     

     

    Who You Are:

    • Master’s degree in education, administration, business management, student affairs, or related field required.
    • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Alumni Relations at a private college or university.
    • Minimum of five (5) years of overall experience in higher education with increasing responsibilities for multi- faceted, multi-location direction and planning.
    • Understanding of Marketing & Communications Philosophy.
    • Direct experience with all major social networks.
    • Previous experience in Event Planning preferred.
    • Knowledge of Website Management, CRM, and Raiser's Edge.
    • Knowledge of state, federal and local laws/regulations relating to programs, governmental compliance, and other regulatory standards such as Title IV, ACICS, WASC, and other accreditation standards.
    • Ability to travel/drive locally and regionally on a weekly, daily and/or on an as needed basis.
    • This is an onsite position where you will work in the office on a daily basis.

     

     

    Compensation:

    • $76,172.62 - $110,439.69
    • Annual Bonus
