The Concierge Services Department serves as the liaison between patients, families, and our team members, following patients throughout their healing journey ensuring patient satisfaction and customer service are provided at a level of excellence. There are also programming opportunities with this position, assisting with our veterans program, snack cart/magazine cart programs, chat groups to allow patients to share their stories and get to know one another, as well as supporting special community events.
